Job description
We are currently seeking a temporary part time Office Assistant with the possiblity of a permanent position to work with technicians, office staff, and clients in a pleasant and efficient manner.
**Duties and Responsiblities**:
Prepare account statements for clients
Create and send invoices using company software
Follow up on outstanding payments
Processing payments from customers, using online software
**Qualifications**:
Multitasking
- must be able to handle a variety of tasks, clients, and requirements to meet deadlines
Organized - maintain/update files and records. Follow set timelines for scheduling per multiple timelines and contracts at the same period.
Computer skills - Highly experienced in Windows and Microsoft Excel.
Fast-paced environment - the ability to work under pressure.
G Class driver's license. is an asset but not a must
Partial work-from-home options are possible in emergency situations.
Bilingual (is an asset but not a must-have)
