We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to the General Manager.

Creating occasional work orders
Credit card transactions
Miscellaneous bill payments
Spreadsheet creation
Bill collections
General office processing and errands.

**Qualifications**:
Multitasking - must be able to handle a variety of tasks
Low Absenteeism
Organized - maintain/update files and records in a timely manner

Computer skills - Highly experienced in Windows and Microsoft Excel, Word.

Fast paced environment and a great multi-tasker

Must have a G Class drivers license.

Billingual in English and French (Preferred but not required)
