Fleet and Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized Fleet and Operations Coordinator to join our Scandi Family.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effective communication with Hiring Managers on vehicle status changes, coordinating inspections, GPS consents/distributions, and vehicle pickups.
- Monitoring fleet inventory and ensuring all drivers receive necessary cards.
- Closely reviewing purchases, maintenance, and monthly spend limits with support from Finance and the VP of Procurement.
- Annual audits and safety checks to ensure vehicles are equipped with roadside kits.
A successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in fleet operations support. Proficiency in Smart Sheet and SharePoint is considered an asset. Strong communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and establish relationships with vendors are essential.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include a comprehensive medical and dental plan, personal days off, and a family-friendly environment.
