**Fleet Services Coordinator (Edmonton, AB)**

**THE ROLE**

The Fleet Services Coordinator will be a member of a team accountable for on-going delivery of equipment maintenance and repair services to the Trimac group of companies, with the primary focus on Vendor services, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO), completing Vendor Repair Orders (VRO) and closing out to invoice generation, capturing all related costs and components in the process.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Vendor performance/dispute management to ensure swift return of units to service at the best cost
- Follow up with vendors on missing Preventative Maintenance (PM) service sheets and invoices
- Review completed PM service sheets from vendors for inspections and look for billing errors regarding work performed and Standard Repair Times (SRT)
- Reconcile company statements and work with Trimac Accounts Payable department to follow up on discrepancies
- Pull vendor invoices from portals and process through VRO
- Ensuring duplicate PO/VRO are eliminated where applicable
- Processing new vendor requests
- Upload documents relating to PM, hot work, and tank entries
- Meeting all associated NTS Fleet Service Center SOP's
- Provide relief to FSC as required, including:

- Assisting in follow up with NTS shops and vendors for In Shop equipment and manage TMW In-Shop equipment status updates
- Respond to Truckline service requests and escalating service as required whether through a NTS facility or 3rd party vendors
- Issue purchase orders and PM sheets to vendors for approved inspections and on-road repairs where required.
- All other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in shop maintenance operations
- Knowledge of D.O.T. regulations and out-of-service parameters for tractors, trailers and accessorial equipment.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used to repair and maintain tractor and trailer equipment
- A basic knowledge of truck and trailer repair along with suspension, chassis components, and electrical trouble shooting is helpful
- Knowledge of proper procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous waste materials.
