What you will do:
- Operate remotely with periodic reporting to the nearest service center
- Report to the Aggreko’s Asset management team with dotted line reporting to the Canadian leadership team
- Ensure all Canadian fleet is compliant with provincial and federal regulations (CSA, ETC)
- Analyze fleet trends to recommend proactive positioning and investment opportunities
- Act as the gatekeeper for new fleet acquisitions locally via ownership and maintenance of the Canadian Fleet Capital Plan (growth and maintenance capital)
- Coordinate asset sourcing for major projects (be able to determine support equipment needed for projects), prepare monthly fleet statistics, and support emergency response activities
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance vendors to ensure cost efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training
- Extensive experience with data mining and business optimization
- Professional and effective communication skills with people at various organizational levels
- Strong influencing without authority and forward-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
