**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of company fleet and coordinating use of vehicles as well as monitoring and evaluating vehicle maintenance for Taxi, DATS, and CHOICE Fleets
- Must have strong customer service skills being the main point of contact for most issues, treating drivers and operators in a respectful, diplomatic and tactful manner while caring about their business and livelihood.
- Administration, invoicing, and reporting including plate management, vehicle sign in/out and external requests, planning/execution of semi-annual meter checks, and vehicle maintenance scheduling (vehicle tracking)
- Ability to learn different computer systems and excel to monitor the company vehicles.
- Ability to investigate and recommend solutions
- Opportunity for grow through assisting in developing and refining processes, reports, training and vehicle operations.
- Refine and maintain a reporting system that analyzes rental revenue and ensures credits are being applied as per the company’s guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in business, accounting, management, or related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years previous experience administration role in a fast paced, high-volume environment including managing multiple databases.
- Above average proficiency with the Microsoft Excel.
- Previous fleet and/or industry experience an asset.
- Class 5 non-GDL license.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
