You will collaborate both in-person and virtually with co-workers as this is a hybrid role where you will work in our downtown office in Montreal 1-2 times per week.

As a Legal Assistant (Junior Estate Professional) reporting into the Manager, Estate Solutions, you will:

- Act as a facilitator with external liaisons such as Notaries, Lawyers, Tax Accountants, government authorities and financial institutions.
- Draft documents such as letters and other correspondence to clients and other external 3rd parties.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients by answering phones and redirecting calls as needed.
- Perform legal research to best support our internal and external clients as needed.
- Compile and organize research to make it easily accessible and digestible.
- Deliver quality customer service by assisting with day to day needs of our Estate Professionals using a team player approach.
- Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
