**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with dental clinics across Ontario. The Sales Representative will be the primary liaison, advocating for our laboratory's services and fostering partnerships with clinics to enhance their dental service offerings.
**Areas of Expertise**:
- 2-3 years of proven track record of success as a Sales Representative in the dental or medical industry, with a strong emphasis on selling laboratory services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clinics and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be on the road 60% of the time to prospect potential clinics and present the product or close introductory meetings with key people.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant sales certifications or training (an asset).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and contact dental clinics across Ontario to promote our dental laboratory's services.
- Utilize industry knowledge and insights to understand clinics needs and position our services as essential solutions.
- Plan and organize sales trips to dental clinics to present the services and convert leads into firm sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clinics to establish partnerships and service arrangements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, client retention) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations or trials at clinic sites to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the laboratory services.
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
