Reception/administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Assist with incoming sales calls and service
**Requirements & Skills**:
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Training will be provided
This is a daytime position from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays located in Vaughan at HWY 7 and Martin Grove.
Starting pay for this position is $16.00/HR
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
