Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Guider les chargé-es de projet marketing & coordonateur-trice de production;-
- Recevoir, analyser, coordonner et prioriser les demandes en provenance des différents départements internes (expérience client-e, marketing, communications, événementiel, TI etc.);-
- Maximiser la capacité de chacune des ressources afin d'assurer la livraison de tous les projets de manière efficace;-
- Identifier la bonne ressource au bon moment pour assurer la livraison des projets;-
- Comprendre les étapes clés de la planification et l'exécution d'un projet;-
- Voir à la mise en place et le respect des processus et bonnes pratiques de réalisation de projets marketing et produits numériques;-
- Identifier les possibles conflits d'horaire et travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes afin de prioriser les demandes, qu'elles soient spontanées ou anticipées;-
- Garder une vision claire sur l'occupation et la disponibilité des ressources en fonction des besoins et priorités d'affaires;-
- Assurer la liaison entre les ressources et les parties prenantes afin de confirmer la disponibilité et la capacité;-
- Assurer que les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets sont mobilisées;-
- Gérer plusieurs demandes en simultané;-
- Réagir rapidement aux changements sans compromettre la qualité du produit;-
- Prendre en charge le recrutement et la coordination de pigistes lorsque nécessaire.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Gestionnaire de production, marketing chez nous?- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience comme gestionnaire de trafic ou expérience similaire;-
- Compétences administratives et organisationnelles avérées;-
- Capacité à écouter, comprendre et résoudre;-
- Compréhension des besoins créatifs Marketing et produit numérique;-
- Compréhension des métiers créatifs tels que designers graphique, expert-es en rédaction et designers UX/UI;-
- Maîtrise des outils MS office tels que Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook et MS Teams;-
- Une approche de travail dynamique et collaborative;-
- Esprit d'équipe sachant faire la différence dans les moments décisifs;-
- Être perspicace, diplomate avec des aptitudes dans la gestion de conflits;-
- Être orienté-e solution.-
- Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes d'expert-es en marketing;-
- Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes d'expert-es en développement de produits numériques;-
- Connaissances en charge de projets;-
