**Bilingual Contract Analyst (French/English)**

**Location: Moncton**

**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)**

**Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mix of Office and Remote Work)**

**Salary: $19-$20/hour**

**About the Role**:
As a Contract Analyst at Xerox, you’ll play a key role in coordinating customer orders and ensuring they are processed smoothly—from signing the contract to sending the first invoice. You’ll work closely with our sales team and logistics to make sure everything runs perfectly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in submitting valid customer orders that meet all requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition policies.
- Enter equipment orders into the system and verify equipment availability.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and answer inquiries from sales, services, and customer admin teams.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Bilingual in French and English (required).
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
- A proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
