The Opportunity

We're looking for an Eligibility Analyst, this is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are second nature.

Aren't quite sure what an Enrolment Analyst is? It's an insurance "thing"; it is a great role to learn about our industry. It can be a great long-term career or a stepping stone into insurance administration. As an Enrolment Analyst, you access, analyze and determine program eligibility following policy guidelines and procedures. The Enrolment Analyst is required to remain current with respect to policy and procedure changes and will liaise closely with co-workers and Management. The main goal of the Enrolment Analyst is to process requests for coverage under various plans. This role is Monday - Friday, working withn our core business hours of 8-5pm AST. You can chose to work in our Main Street Moncton, NB office location, work remote from home within NB or a Hybrid of office/remote.

Your everyday with us:

  • Determine eligibility following established policy and guidelines;
  • Maintain tracking records;
  • Review various monthly reports pertaining to enrolment information and make necessary changes;
  • Correspond with applicants, beneficiaries or prescribers by fax, telephone or letters;
  • Produce clear and effective written materials;
  • Adhere to privacy guidelines following proper procedures;
  • Support and follow policies defined by the Department of Health;
  • Adhere to the performance measures under the Service Level Agreement contract;
  • Provide input for the maintenance and upkeep of the procedural documentation;
  • Provide operational support to the Provincial Programs as needed.

What you need to succeed:
Education:High School and one year post-secondary diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience within an office environment performing an administrative function.
Computer Skills:Experience working in a PC setting with multiple software applications including experience navigating between applications and the internet. Strong keyboarding skills and the ability to enter data with speed and precision. Have accurate typing skills and a strong knowledge of PC software programs (particularly Microsoft office, Word and Excel);
Language Skills:English (written and spoken), bilingualism (English and French) preferred.
