**Bilingual Delivery Analyst (French/English)**
**Location: Moncton**
**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)**
**Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work from home, with office day on Tuesdays)**
**Salary: $19-$20/hour**
**Interviews Required: Yes**
**About the Role**:
As a **Delivery Analyst** at Xerox, you'll ensure that customer equipment orders are handled smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and resolving any issues to provide a seamless delivery experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate equipment deliveries, resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with teams like Sales, Warehouse, and Admin to meet service targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure equipment is delivered or removed on time.
- Be the **go-to person** for specific sales teams, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.
- Respond quickly to requests and take ownership of issues until they’re resolved.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **At least 1 year** of experience in a fast-paced office environment (customer service or delivery experience preferred).
- **Bilingual** in **French and English** (required).
- Strong computer skills, including **Excel** and internal systems.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
