Major Refrigeration Ltd. was established in 2012 and employs more than 120 employees. The office is located in Grimsby, Ontario with Technicians working throughout the province.

The **Administrative Coordinator** position is responsible for excellent organizational skills and accuracy, as well as good customer relations and reliability. This position works directly with the HVAC Project Manager.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Track and monitor quotes and their progress (eg. creation, approvals, parts ready, equipment (eg cranes) scheduled, scheduled dates)
- Monitor service software (simPRO) to ensure prompt and accurate process flow
- Support with preparing quotes to be reviewed by HVAC Project Manager, as needed
- Coordinate and ensure communication to the HVAC Project Manager on projected projects and timelines
- Ensure communication flows from project to site with employees and trades
- Track project costs to ensure the project is on budget and on time, as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project partners
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with others
- Advanced customer service skills
- Organized and ability to multi task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 8:00am - 4:30pm
