Grimsby, Canada McNally House Hospice Full time

McNally House is a non-profit organization that opened its doors in April 2008. It is a six-suite free-standing residence that provides specialized palliative care to people living with a life-limiting illness, as well as those in their life circle. The hospice is located in Grimsby, Ontario, and serves the Niagara West communities of Grimsby, Lincoln, and West Lincoln.

The hospice is staffed with highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified care to residents. In addition to the professional staff, McNally House has over 100 trained volunteers who give their time and talents each week to help the residents and their families deal with life's greatest challenges. The volunteers offer a variety of services, such as companionship, and emotional support.

McNally House provides a range of Psycho-Spiritual, Bereavement, and Compassionate Community Outreach Programs that are vibrant and growing. These programs are supported by trained volunteers and are aimed at assisting individuals and families who are dealing with end-of-life care and bereavement.

Currently, McNally House Hospice is undertaking the building of a new ten-bed hospice on the property adjacent to the existing hospice. The new hospice will provide more space for residents and their families, as well as the staff and volunteers who care for them. Following the completion of the new hospice, the current hospice building will be converted into space for Day Hospice and outreach programs.
