Client Care Coordinator

JKS Realty & Property Management, is looking for an exceptional CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join our team We are a multi-facet office with Real Estate, Strata Management and Property Management divisions. Must have incredible customer service skills, be extremely detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starting, deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving higher levels of success, and to growing your own skills and developing into a supportive leader within our Real Estate Office. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing the administrative side of the team' business with maximum efficiency, unprecedented care, and unmatched client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing concierge level service to our clients and customers
- Need to be highly motivated and coachable.
- Must be willing to take on the responsibilities of this position with honesty, integrity, confidentiality, commitment, and a sense of ownership.
- Coordinating photos and floorplans for listings
- Connecting with sellers/tenants
- Organizing maintenance requests for Property Management
- Managing client databases
- Admin support for real estate, strata & property management business
- Reception duties
- first point of contact

- Real Estate experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of current real estate technology, tools, CRMs, social media, and forms software is an asset
- Bookkeeping experience would be an asset (Quickbooks)

**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Willing to train someone with the right attitude and professional vision
**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Victoria, BC V9B 2X8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
