**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time employees as well as part-time employees, as required;
- Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation and other onboarding activities;
- Establish collaborative relationships with hiring managers;
- Responsible for executing on Internship, Referral and Alumni programs;
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing resources to contribute to the execution of the employment brand strategy;
- Stay updated on compliance regulations, industry trends, technologies, and best practices;
- Prepare and deliver various HR reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Maintain and update tools, programs, and systems including digital employee files and records;
- Support internal working groups and committees, to contribute to a collaborative work environment;
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

**What’s needed**:

- Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field;
- 2-3 years of Human Resources Management experience. Industry certification or academic credentials related to support the work would be seen as an asset;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships;
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a diverse fast-paced environment;
- Experience using various online and cloud-based technologies. Specific experience using ADP WorkforceNow, and Appraisd are an asset;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly with Word and Excel;
- High level of customer service standard both internal and external client;
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills;
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required;
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
