**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will support the sales team by accurately entering quotes into our system, managing inquiries, and coordinating sales activities.

Your contribution will be key to ensuring smooth operations and the overall success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter quotes into our system and process orders efficiently.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the preparation of promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the loading dock, overhead door, or waste management equipment industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
