Our client is a major Chemical Company in North America. Currently, they are looking for an Inside Sales rep who will be responsible for the management of current accounts and developing new customer accounts with support from senior people of the team.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads through existing and new contacts and sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
- Provide product information
- Maintain the CRM software to track and manage customers

- Proven experience in Inside chemical B2B Sales or a related role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques for B2B, sales negotiations and closing
- Excellent communication, written and spoken (French is an asset) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others
- Familiarity with chemical sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in using CRM software
**Salary**: $61,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
