**The Role**

As an Inside Sales / Business Development Representative at Ocean Ridge Recycling, you will work on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new suppliers as well as buyers for a variety of paper and plastic commodities. You will become an expert advising companies on their recycling strategy, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business. It is a target focused environment where you will work to achieve sales goals while being part of a larger sales team responsible for growing the overall customer base

- Understanding of the sales cycles including prospecting, communication & negotiations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Reliable, dependable with a strong work ethic
- Analytical and creative thinking, ability to solve problems
- Proactive, organized, responsible, proven ability to work well with a team

**Qualifications Required**
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
- **Available Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM**:

- You are familiar with Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Team player with analytical and problem-solving communication skills
- Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet
- Experience using CRM software such as Pipdedrive, Hubspot etc.
- Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks with mínimal supervision
- BA/BS or equivalent degree

**Your Responsibilities**
- Nurture new relationships with suppliers as well as buyer and take through the sales pipeline
- Qualify and manage inbound and outbound lead

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
