Your transportation industry experience is combined with a strong attention to detail make you excellent at what you do.

**Duties of the position**:

- Perform all aspects of the sales process and input/update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required)
- Schedule customer appointments for sale reps with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the international global market.
- Use and manage state of the art customer relations management software (CRM) to develop strategic plans for customer growth and development.
- Responsible for the growth of air, ocean, and ground freight forwarding sales by assisting with lead generation
- Prepare weekly sales quotations
- Effectively communicate with the International Operations Team to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded in a timely fashion
- Use appropriate resources to nurture relationships and deliver business results
- Provide internal communication and support to ensure the successful delivery of results and add all information to the SOP for each customer

**Skills required**:

- A minimum of 2+ years sales or sales coordination in air, ocean and ground freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of global geography I required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with a winning attitude are a must have
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions
- CargoWise knowledge considered an asset
- Knowledgeable about FCL, LCL and Air
- Experience with logistics processes, systems and solutions
- Effective presentation and customer relations skills
- Professional demeanor, including excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in all MS Office programs and photoshop/photo editor

**Availability**
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Start as soon as possible
