Thunder Bay, Canada Mileage Auto Plus Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Vendor Maintenance
- Ensure invoices are authorized and coded properly
- Data Entry, filing, sorting organizing invoices
- Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Prepare all accounts payable reports
- Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
- Prepare on Demand Cheques daily and monthly cheque runs
- Processing of daily bank deposits

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous automotive dealership administration would be an asset
- MS Excel, and Outlook experience is a MUST
- Quickbooks proficiency is a MUST
- Self motivated individual
- Strong attention to detail
- Team oriented
- Professional communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Growth mindset
- Impeccable organization skills
- Pursuit of administration/bookkeeping diploma an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
