Business Development Manager

**Job Duties**:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Set goals for the organization or institution and create or endorse policies and initiatives.
- Approve and oversee the creation of key departments and senior staff roles.
- Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs. Establish controls for financial and administrative matters. Develop and approve promotional campaigns, as well as overall personnel planning.
- Choose middle managers, directors, and other executives.
- Ensure coordination among regions, divisions, or departments.
- Serve as the representative of the organization, or assign representatives, for negotiations and other official functions.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Board of Directors
**Employment Requirements**:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other business-related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a manager is required.
- Experience in business development is an asset.
- Expert knowledge in finance is an asset.
