**About the Role**
Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator will support the Talent (HR) department in the administration and coordination of various functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, and other HR processes for North America.
- Partner with the Talent Management and Talent Operations team to precisely input, submit, and process employee changes into HRIS and for payroll purposes
- Support the talent acquisition team with drafting, sending, and processing offer letters
- Prepare forms, letters, reports, and memos to support the talent team, ensuring accuracy
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee departure processes
- Schedule and conduct onboarding and exit interviews with managers and employees, compiling feedback and trends that we can leverage to help improve the employee experience
- Create and maintain accurate and confidential electronic personnel files
- Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries, including employment verifications
- Support with administration of the benefit plan for North America, ensuring new hires are added to the various plans in time for their effective dates
- Ensure accuracy of benefit plan payroll deductions such as Group RRSP, Group benefits, etc.
- Communicate employee changes to internal stakeholders
- Educate employees and managers on Talent (HR) processes, programs, policies, and legislation
- Support with immigration-related matters, as needed
- Participate in various HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Assist in audit programs, reviewing audit reports and actioning follow-up where required

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, completed or in progress
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mentality and a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); UKG (formerly UltiPro) experience is considered an asset
