Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Toronto, Canada Encompass Medical Experts Inc. Full time

This position if full-time from Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 pm. (In-Office and potentially hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule Medical Assessments within our software platforms.
- Communicate of assessment outcomes with our clients.
- Coordinate scheduling interpreter and transportation arrangements when required.
- Follow up with referring parties on pending assessment outcomes
- Assist recruiting new medical assessors to our growing medical roster
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding in a timely manner.
- Contacting claimants in French of confirm assessment details.

Qualifications and Experience

You possess the following specific skills and talents:

- Must speak English and French fluently, both orally and written.
- Experience reviewing and scheduling Independent Medical Evaluations (IME's).
- Excellent organization and co-ordination skills to follow through on specific file matters, ensure timeliness, comprehensiveness and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with medical professionals, to recruit, obtain updated CV, sample reports and agreements and build the medical roster base
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills to interpret information, and identify specific areas that require further investigation, action etc.
- Assertiveness and a sense of urgency to co-ordinate activities with others, obtain your cooperation and support
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word and Excel
- Highly recommend either a College or University degree preferably in health sciences
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with disability claims

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
