**Title**: Administrative Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover)
**Introduction**:
We at AC Tesla PES Inc a leading electrical system engineering and testing company, are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our administrative and accounting operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning during this period.
The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative tasks with a significant focus on accounting responsibilities. Key duties include:
- Managing office correspondence and filing systems.
- Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Conducting daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payroll, and reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Conducting job updates with our internal software Odoo.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Not required but helpful - a working knowledge of the Odoo system.
Benefits and Duration:
- This is a full-time, temporary position to cover maternity leave, expected to last approximately 12 months.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.32 per hour
