**Responsibilities**:

- Daily/Weekly/Monthly book keeping
- Depositing and recording funds
- Preparing cheques, wires, EFTs for out-going funds
- Ordering tax certificates and other off-title search matters
- Preparing and sending out reporting letters (client and lenders)
- Opening files
- Booking appointments
- General office administration

Must have skills:

- Working under pressure
- Self-organization and control of work-flow
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow office procedures
- Advanced communication skills
- Self-starter who can operate with minimum supervision
- Working knowledge of office computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Calendars, Trello, Google Sheets)

Salary to commensurate with experience, ranging from entry to senior level.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
