Reporting to the General Manager, the **Administrative Assistant** will assist in the administration for a team of construction leaders. This will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to various departments as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to determine priorities.
- Assist in the booking and coordination of executive travel.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including typing, researching, and preparing documents etc.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Fleet commissioning and decommissioning.
- Assist with special projects, as required.
- Reception coverage, as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of company events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Company
- Other duties as assigned and/or directed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in an administrative role
- Completed post secondary or equivalent program in Administration is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
- Experience planning and executing events is an asset.
- Effective oral and written communication skills complemented with strong client service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel information, confidentially, in a mature and professional manner
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as with cross-functional teams
