Scentroid, a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Hybrid HR/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to blend HR responsibilities with customer service initiatives, contributing to the success and efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping.
- Support HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prioritize and assign tickets to appropriate staff members based on urgency and skillset, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Follow up with staff to ensure that inquiries are being addressed promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR and/or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
