Office Assistant

We are currently seeking an entry level office assistant for a full time position on our team.
- Experienced in MS Office
- Professionally presentable
- Quick to learn new procedures and tasks.
- friendly and personable
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Have valid Ontario Divers License and own vehicle
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones taking messages,
- filing and organization,
- office upkeep daily,
- social media monitoring,
- online research
- running office errands
- assist to prepare for lunches and office events.
- helping with basic office admin tasks where required in other departments.
- opening and closing the office when needed
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaughan, ON L4H 0J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
