Administrative Assistant

**B Town Auto Sales**is an automobile dealership located in GTA selling great used vehicles at the most competitive price. We are looking for 2 positions of **Administrative Assistants** to join our team.
Position responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting reports related to expenses including invoices;
- Opening and distributing incoming mail/letters and electronic mail to employer;
- Scheduling and organizing conferences, meetings and travel schedules for employer;
- Recording and keeping minutes of meetings;
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies;
- Greeting visitors and directing them to employer;
- Answering telephone calls and relaying customer and/or business enquiries/ messages to employer;
- Setting up and maintaining computerized filing system;
- Determining office policies and procedures;
- Assisting in preparing statistical reports and data;
- Supervising and training staff;
Employment requirements:
Minimum secondary school education is required.
1 month to 7 months work experience in office setup is required.
Wages: CAD 27.50 to CAD 28.00 per hour for 32 - 40 hours work per week
Other benefits: 4% vacation pay
Terms: Permanent, Full Time
Work Location: Unit 5 - 6435 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1X4
**Salary**: $27.50-$28.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
