Job description
This Administrative Assistant Position Features:
- Ensure office work follow processed accurately and smoothly, completion of other required documents, and finish the daily reports on time.
- Ensure work order tasks and purchase orders are completed and uploaded in a timely manner
- Office supply purchasing and office property management.
- Supplier management and coordination
Skills and competencies:
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Mandarin-speaking is Mandatory
- Able to effectively work in a fast-speed environment.
- Ability to multi-task / adapt to changing demands and deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Profit on MS OFFICE, especially Excel.
Working time: Monday to Friday, Permanent full-time position
Working location: Mississauga
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
