- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
- Manage and update CRM systems with client information and transaction details.
- Assist in preparing documents, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and maintain communication throughout transactions.
- Conduct basic market research and data entry tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Schedule**:
Part-time; flexible hours with the potential for occasional evening or weekend work.
