Nous recherchons un(e) Manager Commercial (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Manager Commercial, vous serez responsable de superviser et de gérer les activités commerciales de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Responsabilités:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales efficaces
- Gérer et superviser l'équipe de vente
- Établir des objectifs de vente et suivre les performances de l'équipe
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et développer de nouveaux marchés
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et établir de nouvelles relations commerciales
- Analyser les données du marché et surveiller la concurrence
- Préparer des rapports sur les ventes et présenter des analyses aux parties prenantes

Expérience requise:

- Expérience préalable en gestion commerciale ou dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
- Capacité à diriger une équipe et à motiver les membres de l'équipe
- Solides compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données du marché
- Connaissance approfondie du secteur d'activité et des produits/services proposés
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
