TEMPORARY MANDATE OF 1 YEAR
- Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Sales Eastern Canada (wholesale), the Commercial Sales Manager (wholesale) will play a leading role in the development of new business relationships and the retention of existing ones. Possessing excellent commercial acumen, he will be responsible for leading sales activities and achieving targeted objectives within the designated geographic region (Territory province of Quebec), while contributing, on an ongoing basis, to the influence of Belron Canada.

ROLE- Develop new partnerships:
- Develop an action plan to maintain and develop new partnerships- Establish a schedule for customer visits in the designated territory-
- Prepare and negotiate service agreements with partners-
- Work in collaboration with the Vanfax operations team to develop service agreements-
- Ensure that new business opportunities correspond to the region’s profitability and operating model established by Management.-
- Ensure competitive intelligence of the industry.-
- Cultivate a high level of commitment to our current internal and external partners through various actions such as:- Be responsible for creating and presenting business reviews-
- Ensure compliance with commitments regarding the level of service on time-
- Ensure the sharing of relevant information related to its scope of responsibilities to its partners and operational teams at Vanfax-
- Propose price adjustments to service agreements with the commercial agreements and pricing structure team, ensuring that they correspond to the region's profitability and operating model established by Management-
- Factual presentations of results, high analytical skills required-
- Maintain close relationships with the operational teams (Vanfax) at all times to ensure the achievement of objectives and the conditions for success for Belron Canada.**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or any field related to the function-
- The combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered-
- 3 to 6 years of sales experience in a retail industry-
- Proven ability in business development, sales leadership and relationship management-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English-
- Be a strong team player-
- Be a person of action oriented towards concrete results-
- Have good interpersonal skills and good listening skills-
- Have a sense of responsibility and professional ethics-
- Have good computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (intermediate level)-
- Be willing to travel within the province up to 40% of the time-
