We are hiring a Casual, HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an entry level HR professional.
**About the Role**:
Under the guidance of the Director, People & HR Partners, you will provide human resources support by performing duties such as handling files related to performance, grievances and job descriptions. Scanning and entering digital file data and job codes, investigating discrepancies, updating, and maintaining files in the relevant systems. You will also assists in staff engagement activities, participate in departmental meetings and respond to HR Partner/Advisor requests under the supervision of other HR Management staff.

Qualifications / Skills and Education:
**About you**:
Our ideal person will be a recent graduate from an HR Program or currently enrolled in an HR Program. You will work collaboratively with HR Leadership and other HR Staff and you will also demonstrate:
- HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- MS Office
- Excellent client relation skills including good written and verbal communication skills, and solution seeking approaches to problem solving
- The ability to analyze and find solutions to HRIS issues in a large, fast-paced multi-union environment
- The ability to work successfully within team environment
- A strong interest to learn and passion for HR
- An interest in Healthcare
- The physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
