**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proofread documents for errors and ensure accuracy
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Knows driving and has a valid Driving Licence G2 or G
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks software
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office operations is advantageous
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
