**L’OCCASION D’EMPLOI**
Sous la Gestionnaire, Gestion des dons, l'Associé(e) de bureau et de traitement de dons est chargé(e) de rechercher, de saisir et de maintenir les données dans le système d'information et de vérifier l'intégrité de ces données. La personne devra notamment travailler directement avec l'équipe de développement pour s'assurer que les dossiers des donateurs sont à jour et que les informations sont saisies avec précision.
L’Associé(e) de bureau et de traitement de dons sera responsable de la saisie des promesses de dons, de la réception quotidienne des chèques-cadeaux, des paiements par carte de crédit, des actions et des dons en nature, de l'exécution des rapports de preuve quotidiens pour chaque lot de dons et de l'établissement des bordereaux de dépôt pour les entrées quotidiennes.
**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Prendre les dons au téléphone et en personne (c.à-d. noter les renseignements sur le donateur, y compris l'adresse, le message pour la carte s'il y a lieu, le montant du don et les coordonnées de la personne-ressource).
- Traiter les dons en les saisissant dans la base de données (Raiser's Edge).
- Émettre des reçus fiscaux et des lettres aux donateurs.
- Appui l’Administratrice du bureau d'accueil et des dons honorifiques pour les demandes en personne et par téléphone des donateurs.
- Mettre à jour les informations sur les donateurs dans la base de données telles que l'adresse et le courriel.
- Ouvrir le courrier quotidiennement et le distribuer au bon département.
- Assurer l'hygiène des données dans la base de données Raiser's Edge et veiller à ce que les données soient exactes.
- Organiser le service de messagerie pour la Fondation, si nécessaire.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches et projets connexes selon les besoins.
**COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES**
- Diplôme d'études collégiales
- Un à trois ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à relever des défis
- Solides compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Connaissance de Raiser's Edge un atout
