Each apartment is purposefully selected, designed and maintained-customized to reflect our identity as a bijou in its neighborhood. Whether the stay is two days, two months or two years, Domi ensure a unique, yet consistent experience. We are taking a step further and keep growing. Started in 2020 and now we have four main buildings portfolio in the city in 5 main locations in Montreal and Saint-Sauveur: NDG and downtown, Verdun, Rosement, and Saint-Sauveur.

Our team is expanding and now we are looking for a new property management associate: this is a versatile role at the company and perfect for anyone who loves being on the go and finds fulfillment in serving our guests and tenants. You must be a self-starter, detail-oriented individual who thrive in problem-solving guest/tenant issues and satisfying guest requests throughout the day. **At DOMI MANAGEMENT YOU WILL**
- As a key member, backbone and front-line of our operation team, respond to day-to-day tenant requests, solve issues in a prompt manner
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., upholstery stain removal, WiFi connectivity, or overseeing repair appointments)
- Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks: inventory replenishment duties, receiving deliveries, and tracking linen and consumable usage
- General office administration
- Maintenance and organization of working spaces including working space, storage shelves, warehouse and others as assigned
- Able to drive to NDG building on a daily basis, occasionally drive to the downtown, verdun, rosement, and Saint-Sauveur as required
- Inspect the building (interior and exterior) for public area maintenance, facilities and furniture

**AT DOMI MANAGEMENT YOU SHOULD BE**
- Proficient at office administration, good knowledge and excellent skill Microsoft Office tools such as excel, word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with Google Docs and Sheets
- Comfortable via mobile apps such as wechat/wecom/whapps to communicate with the team in a timely manner
- Be on the go and work independently 30% of the time, at a desk/laptop/smartphone app 70% of the time
- Comfortable with a start-up environment
- Comfortable with a sport-band pair with your smartphone

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR AS REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE**:

- Excellent in communication, customer service and problem solving
- Proficiency Mandarin and English is a must, plus French communication skill
- Has a car and a valid driver’s license /proof of insurance
- 1 year of experience working in hospitality, service/customer service, property management
- Own a hospitality spirit, guest-centric and positive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions to provide guest a good experience
- Well-organized, detail orientated and good in time-management, can work under pressure
- Must be a self-starter, hardworking and will do what it takes for us to reach our goals
- Great team work spirit and ability to check in with your team via app throughout the day

- Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing startup environment, like to have challenges
- Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication
- Flexible schedule and is open to some evenings and weekends
