As a family owned business the members of the Seaboard Transport Group work together as a unit filled with transportation enthusiasts on the road, on the ground and in the office. **Seaboard Armour Transportation and Logistics** is currently hiring a **Recruitment Specialist - Fleet Maintenance**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead all field recruitment activity in support of our Atlantic Fleet Maintenance group
- Produce the necessary leads each month to achieve the net growth targets
- Work with the Fleet Maintenance Leadership to ensure a coordinated effort around growth
- Attend and manage attendance at Recruitment related events within the geographical region
- Support Fleet Maintenance engagement activities with prospective employees in various locations
- Partner with the Human Resources team on recruiting and retention initiatives
- Source benchmarking information as required i.e. competitive pay programs, competitive company hiring tactics etc
- Continuous professional representation of the company at all times, abiding by the ethical standards set out by the Company
- Other duties as required

**Additional Job Details**
- This role may require to affix company magnetic decals to your car for marketing purposes while in the field recruiting.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5 years in the transportation industry is required
- Previous experience in an operational role is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills required
