The Store Support Centre for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time **Customer Experience Specialist** at our location in Dartmouth, NS.
In business since 1972, CJ Limited is the largest independently owned Canadian jewellery company and a Platinum Member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, operating over 85 stores from coast to coast.

This Customer Experience Specialist interacts with our online customers and our customers for our brick-and-mortar stores to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. In addition, they will:
- Maintain customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints, manage database records, and coordinate service
- Troubleshoot customer problems
- Receive and send written correspondence
- Handle stressful situations in an appropriate and respectful manner
- Collaborate with other departments and team members
- Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of past relevant experience
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
- Verbal communication - must be able to listen and respond effectively to customers
- The ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience performing research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Office administrative skills, accurate keyboarding, and data entry skills
- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
