**Job Details**
**Position Title**: Client Success Coordinator
**Status**: Full-Time Support
**Hours**:40 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: Information Technology Services
**Campus/Location**: North Campus; Hybrid
**Payband/Hourly Rate**: Payband I ($36.19 - $41.94)
**What you will do**:
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Coordinating technology deployments to academic spaces and college business units
- Maintaining technology lifecycles set by asset management
- Coordinating maintenance cycles for various technology equipment to reduce service and downtime costs
- Monitoring Information Technology trends and industry strategies, researching, testing and recommending new technologies
- Developing and implementing custom tailored solutions and services that provide value and client success
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and college business units
- Supporting the Technology Support team, collaborating with other Information Technology services units, college departments and faculties to optimize technology and service delivery and maintain client satisfaction
- Reviewing and fulfilling incoming technology requests and projects
- Understanding client needs in order to coordinate and procure best and most effective technology equipment and solutions
- Preparing and maintaining reports and documentation on technology testing, best practices, product knowledge and services
- Reporting on client satisfaction, metrics and recommendations to management and team members
- Staying informed and current about Humber goals, strategies and policies.
**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**
- 3-year diploma or degree in Computer or Business related studies
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations certification from a recognized authority
- HDI Desktop Support Technician certification or relevant training and/or experience
**Experience**
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in leading complex projects, providing technical solutions and services in a busy high-volume environment to Clients with diverse backgrounds
- Experience with MS Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android software and hardware
- Fundamental understanding of the Information Technology industry and technology solutions including hardware, software, licensing, and service.
