**Scheduling Manager**

The Service Coordinator (scheduling and warehouse) is responsible for coordinating and assisting in managing the schedules of our technicians, and other activities to ensure efficient and productive operations. In this role you will collaborate with various departments, communicate with clients, and create schedules that balance the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities include scheduling service calls (Installations), communicating with our team of installation technicians, providing warehouse support, and exercising administrative duties such as maintaining the calendar, making travel plans, organizing meetings, planning equipment rentals, pulling film from stock for jobs, and performing other scheduling administrative functions.

In other words, the service coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project installations, while giving support, guidance, and direction to the team of installation technicians.

Other tasks include providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients and internal sales representatives with preparation; training, supervision, and necessarily disciplinary action pertaining to services and installations.

The Service Coordinator will also complete multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and suggest new processes to boost efficiency and productivity levels.

In this role, the Service Provider is expected to work closely with installation technicians, sales representatives and the managers of the other internal divisions (Sales, Operations, Production) and answer directly to the Scheduling Manager.

The individual in this position is expected to meet specific requirements and possess some particular skills in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in discharging his or her duties.

Qualifications:

- Developing healthy relationships with vendors in order to achieve scheduling goals and install deadlines.
