**About the Client Services Skills Ontario Coordinator Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Help and Support, the Client Services Skills Ontario Coordinator acts as the Humber Polytechnic technical lead in the organization, configuration, deployment and support delivery of various technical services for the Skills Ontario Competition

**Education**
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related studies or equivalent relevant experience
**Experience/Skills**
Minimum of three years of related work experience
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations certification from a recognized authority
- HDI Desktop Support Technician certification or relevant training and/or experience
- Project management experience
- Understanding of the Information Technology industry and practical experience deploying technology solutions including hardware, software, licensing, networking, and related services
- Proven superior customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide clear verbal and written direction to various technical personnel and teams
- Must demonstrate problem solving, creative thinking and analytical skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Work well under pressure
