Blackbird Security is currently hiring a **Client Services Coordinator.**
**Job Responsibilites**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all clients.
- Handle client queries and promptly investigate and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate individuals.
- Collaborate with local management teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Create and maintain client-related documents, including contracts and other paperwork as assigned.
- Liaise with clients to ensure accurate processing of documentation and contracts.
- Participate in the setup and coordination of new contracts.
- Prepare, evaluate, and distribute quotes to potential clients.
- Contribute to the development of process documents and procedures, such as post orders and training manuals for client sites.
- Review, revise, and prepare reports with data analysis to provide valuable insights to clients as needed.
- Prepare, evaluate, and distribute quotes for services.
- Provide general office administrative support as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support to the administrative and leadership teams as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in administrative and client-facing roles is required.
- Exceptional problem
- solving skills.
- Proven experience with client relationship management.
- Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Post-secondary education.
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Etobicoke, ON office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel as per role requirements.
