The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Product Development Coordinator in our Beauty division. If you are looking to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product development support within the Marketing department, including managing timelines and supporting product and packaging development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal teams to support product development activities, plans, and projects.
  • Conduct research on colour and product trends, industry trends, and market position.
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate product launches, promotions, and materials.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of marketing activities and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate sample requests and product information for marketing and sales presentations.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain reports as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative in a dynamic, team environment.
  • Quick learner.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

We offer a hybrid-working environment and an attractive compensation package, including extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan. The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
