**Position Overview**

We're searching for a talented and eager Product Manager, and expert in planning and leading projects while strategizing, and creating robust product requirements, and skillfully managing the execution of digital products.

As part of our team, you'll be entrusted with the meticulous task of gathering and articulating requirements, ensuring clear communication across the team. In essence, you'll be the beating heart of our product lifecycle, intuitively spotting and mitigating risks, thereby ensuring a smooth and effective journey from conception to delivery.

**What You’ll Do**
- Direct and manage the project life cycle from kickoff through development, testing, and launch while maintaining deadlines and budget.
- Develop and define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Understand and communicate business requirements to the team.
- Develop project goals, work plans, timelines and coordinate resources including implementation strategies while tracking progress.
- Prioritize product features and functionalities based on customer needs and business value.
- Measure project performance using sprint retrospectives and project post-mortems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting product plans and progress updates.
- Manage change requests.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.

**What You Bring**
- Degree from an accredited university or college or relevant experience.
- Experience estimating projects and creating Statements of Work.
- Exceptional experience writing technical scope.
- Previous experience in implementing business solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Strong experience with Google Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
