We are looking for an individual who is customer focused, detail oriented, and organized with the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks within critical deadlines.

This person cultivates a welcoming environment by contacting patients ahead of their appointment, warmly greeting them when they arrive, engaging in conversation, and confidently answering any questions. They handle incoming/retreatment calls, patient satisfaction callbacks, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.
This person will be up and present supporting the team by escorting patients through their clinic journey, all while being the master of the clinic vibe.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (required) 5 Years
- Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software
- Retail Experience
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome patients and assist them with purchases, booking appointments and answer general treatment questions.
- Billing and Invoice management.
- Maintain accurate records of submission and payment, minimize accounts receivable and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.
- Adhere to patient charting protocols in EMR system.
