The team at **Dufferin Mall dental,** located in** Toronto, ON** are looking for a passionate, hard-working **Patient Care Coordinator** on a **full-time basis.**

The ideal **Patient Care Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 30-35 Hours per week**:

- ** 4-5 days a week**

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greeting and assisting patients with their appointment, as they come in.
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule
- Maintaining patient records using dental practise management software
- Dealing with insurance and billings.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/ Dental Receptionist**:

- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is preferred
- ** Portuguese or Spanish is required**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
