Territory Sales Representative

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Ontario region.
- Promote Grandeur Flooring’s product portfolio and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product knowledge (PK) sessions and presentations for clients.
- Regularly visit client locations, showcase samples, and manage showroom displays.
- Conduct onsite inspections as needed to address client needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Set up displays and ensure samples in retail stores are up-to-date and well-presented.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 **years of experience** in the flooring industry, with a proven track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience conducting onsite inspections and advising clients on product suitability.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
